At Crystal Cable, we are delighted to announce an exclusive collaboration with Wilson Benesch, the celebrated British manufacturer of high-end loudspeakers and analogue systems. This partnership brings together two audio pioneers, resulting in a unique upgrade for Wilson Benesch’s acclaimed GMT® Analogue Collection: the STAGE One X Crystal Cable Art Series Module.
During High End Munich 2025, Crystal Cable and Wilson Benesch jointly introduced the STAGE One X Crystal Cable Art Series Module—a structural and sonic upgrade for the GMT® One and Prime Meridian turntable systems. This module features our Van Gogh phono interconnect from the Art Series, directly integrated into the tonearm system. By eliminating conventional socket interfaces, we ensure the signal path remains as pure as possible at its most critical point.
Our Van Gogh phono interconnect, named after the legendary artist, stands at the pinnacle of our Art Series. Crafted with Infinite Crystal Silver (iCS) conductors—our proprietary monocrystalline silver for the highest purity and conductivity—it is insulated with Kapton and PTFE for exceptional electrical performance and long-term stability. Coaxial shielding guarantees uncompromised purity, resolution, and control. The result is a phono cable that delivers every microdynamic and nuance with stunning clarity, available in both RCA and XLR configurations.
At Crystal Cable, we believe that true musical fidelity starts with the integrity of the signal path. Our collaboration with Wilson Benesch is rooted in a shared philosophy: every detail, from material choice to mechanical integration, must serve the ultimate goal of authentic sound reproduction. By integrating the Van Gogh phono cable directly into the tonearm, we eliminate potential sources of signal loss and interference, preserving the music exactly as the artist intended.
The innovative “over-arm” STAGE One design allows the tonearm wire to be terminated into a copper-shielded structure positioned less than an inch from the end of the GRAVITON® Ti Armwand. This minimizes exposure to radio frequency interference (RFI) and removes mechanical forces from the wire, enhancing both mechanical isolation and signal integrity. The direct connection from tonearm to phono interconnect, without traditional socket interfaces, exemplifies our commitment to uncompromised performance.
With the STAGE One X Crystal Cable Art Series Module, listeners can expect:
The STAGE One X Crystal Cable Art Series Module was demonstrated for the first time at High End Munich 2025, with Crystal Cable providing the complete wiring loom for the Wilson Benesch demonstration system. Following this successful debut, both companies will exhibit together at the Shanghai International Audio Show in July.
“This collaboration represents our shared commitment to mechanical precision, signal integrity, and musical fidelity—from cartridge to phono stage.”
