Crystal Cable Bucharest brought music lovers, reviewers and audio enthusiasts together at AVstore for a dedicated listening event on Saturday, September 12. Hosted at the AVstore Cotroceni showroom in Bucharest, the event offered guests the opportunity to discover the Crystal Cable Art Series in a carefully assembled high-end audio system and learn more about the technology and philosophy behind our cables.

The morning combined conversation, technical insight and, most importantly, music. Lorenzo Valè, Director of Business Development at Crystal Cable, joined the event to meet the Romanian audio community and introduce the ideas behind Crystal Cable and the Art Series.

Discovering the Crystal Cable Art Series in Bucharest

The event began with an interactive Q&A session with Lorenzo, covering what differentiates Crystal Cable, the development of our products and the direction of the brand. Guests were encouraged to ask questions and explore the principles behind our approach to cable design.

A central topic was the Crystal Cable Art Series. Inspired by some of history’s greatest artists, the series consists of Monet, Van Gogh and Da Vinci, with each model representing a different level of performance within the range.

The discussion provided an opportunity to go beyond specifications and explain how conductor technology, construction and decades of research come together in our pursuit of musical transparency. The Art Series represents an important reference point within the Crystal Cable portfolio and demonstrates how our technologies can reveal more of the performance of a carefully matched audio system.

A reference system built around Crystal Cable

Following the Q&A, attention turned to listening. AVstore had prepared a high-end system specifically for the event, allowing visitors to experience several Crystal Cable ranges in a reference environment.

The system featured Crystal Cable Da Vinci, Van Gogh and Monet cables from the Art Series alongside Future Dream 22. They were paired with Raidho TD2.2 loudspeakers, an Aesthetix Atlas Eclipse power amplifier, Aesthetix Metis preamplifier and Rockna Wavedream Reference Signature source.

Together, the components created a system in which guests could experience the qualities of the different Crystal Cable solutions and hear how they integrate into a complete high-end setup. Throughout the listening sessions, the audience remained highly engaged, with discussions continuing around the system, its components and the differences they experienced through the Art Series.
